Lidia’s Story

I have spent the last two decades learning, refining and integrating a variety of holistic healing therapies. I am passionate about helping each individual on their wellness path. I believe that by healing holistically we live fuller, more pleasurable lives because we are better able to share the best of ourselves with the world. I am so excited to have started Holistic Health and Healing of Orange County to help the people in my community flourish in all aspects of their health.
